This is the terminus of the ferry. Was probably a great little waterfront spot once upon a time, but obviously a little sad these days. I took the ferry to explore the forts on the other side of the water.
I ran into a vendor/hustler who claimed to have lived in LA for 20 years. His knowledge of the city was extensive enough that I had to believe him and we had a nice long chat and I was compelled to spend a few bucks.
