Rather than blather on about my impromptu–but long dreamt of–trip to Havana, I will just post some photos. There is some blathering about each one if you click on it. Viewed in order they might compose a travelogue of sorts…
I would go back in a heartbeat. I spent 8 days in Havana, but I easily could have had another 2 weeks checking out the rest of the country. Maybe some day.
Really wonderful people, fantastic music, terrible food, amazing architecture, fascinating history. I really feel like this is a one of a kind destination. I hope I can return!
