Halloween

This Halloween was considerably more festive than last year, when we staggered into bed at 6pm with nothing on our door step but a stinky sack awaiting pick up by the diaper service.  It was fun to at last live in an actual house in an traditional neighborhood, and we enjoyed seeing all the trick-o-treaters out and about.  Grandma Annette was visiting us for a week prior to her big move to Portugal, and she helped us carve pumpkins and  joined us for a harvest celebration at the school where Josef attends a weekly “Little Acorns” class.

As you can see, Josef makes quite a terrifying(ly cute) panda bear.  Alas I was unable to obtain photographic evidence of Rachael’s matching panda costume…
